I have been having muesli for
breakfast lately and it has been very tasty.
I made my own by just throwing in what
I thought would be nice.
I put in
rolled oats
shredded coconut
flaked almonds
sunflower seeds
sultanas
dried pineapple
and everyone says how tasty it is.
I have it served with Greek yoghurt and
honey....yum.
I will be adding a few different ingredients from time to
time but I am enjoying my breakfast.
The sun is shining here for a change so had better go and
do somethi8ng outside:0)
Have a great day.

that looks great - I do almost the same thing except I make it in the oven to get it crispy brown.
Oh! that sounds so good. I'm in a rut with my peaches n cream oatmeal...might make some of that!!...debbie
I have been meaning to make a batch of this for a while, I plan to this week for sure. I love it!!
What I like about making my own is I can put whatever I have here in it and is not the same all time. The dried Pineapple in it sounds nice.
Barb.
The muesli looks good Debbie :0)
Pa is NOT a big fan of lumpy seedy breakfast cereal...so I just buy him organic cornflakes, boring!
Yummmm sounds good and looks even better !! I love muesli but sadly don't take the time to get it ready, throw a slice of toast in the toaster and off I go, thanks for leaving me a message Deb.
XOXOX
That looks yummy, I should try that. I heard the word Sultanas after a long time. We lived in England for two years and ever since we left for America, haven't heard the word.
We had rolled oats this morning for breakfast.
Breakfast's are the one meal in our home I struggle with in the way of healthy quick & easy eating. Packaged cereals have to go!
Have a great day
Caroline
