Oranges galore....

Our local fruit shop had oranges cheap

so I bought heaps as we all do if something is cheap:0)

I have spent the day in the kitchen making

all things orange.

I made a whole orange cake from here and

orange cordial from here.  Both are very nice

and will be made again.

Also in the jar behind is orange cleaner

and the recipe is

I am hoping this is good and it should smell

amazing.

While the oven was on

I decided to cook a lasagna for

dinner as it is S2 favourite dinner.

Every time I cook spaghetti bolognaise

I cook double and the sauce

gets used in a lasagna.

I use red lentils  to stretch my spaghetti bol.

and make it do 2 meals.

It is not till people ask for the recipe that they realise

that the lentils are included.

no one has ever complained;0)

I finally got the pics to upload, have been trying for 2 days

have no idea what the problem is...just hope it doesn't happen

to often.

I have finished work for the week and

looking forward to the weekend.

We are supposed to get rain again

for the weekend...hope they are wrong.
